AA4C Shock Absorber Oil Change and Nitrogen Charging Tool ZC-3515
The shock absorber oil change and nitrogen filling repair and testing equipment is a combination tool that includes a high-purity nitrogen gas machine, shock absorber damping testing machine, and a set of shock absorber filling joints. This equipment effectively solves problems such as shock absorber non-rebound and lack of damping, restoring shock absorbers to new car condition without replacement while maintaining original factory quality.
Equipment Operation Process
- Connect the gas source to 220V power supply, turn on the power switch - equipment automatically produces high-purity nitrogen gas
- Check initial damping of shock absorber and record data
- Place pre-repair shock absorber at sensor mount position, press pressure zero button to remove shock absorber weight before conducting damping test
- After damping data stabilizes on monitor, press save pressure button to store pre-repair damping data
- Press filing function key, select corresponding start function key, insert quick connector into oil filling joint to begin filling with new oil
- After new oil is filled, nitrogen will be filled and shock absorber pressure rod will rebound
- After filling corresponding amount of nitrogen, press function button to stop filling, cover with cloth block, and pull out filling connector
- Test repaired damping - display will show comparison data before and after repair
- Drain old oil by finding matching filling joint and connecting filling tube quick connector
- Seal and block, insert joint into shock absorber and invert it with oil drain port facing downward
- Lift tooth joint upward to open oil seal and insert shock absorber - oil will discharge
- Before draining oil, inject sufficient nitrogen gas into shock absorber for normal drainage
- Inject oil into equipment by opening injector valve and injecting equal amount of new oil through syringe
- Drain filling tube, unplug filling quick connect pipe to empty air, reinsert quick connect pipe, and close filling valve
- Adjust filling pressure to 4KG through pressure regulating valve
