GF-666C Pulse Intelligent Carbon Deposition Machine is a professional automotive maintenance tool designed for efficient carbon deposit cleaning in engine combustion chambers.
During vehicle warm-up, exhaust manifold temperatures reach 800-900°C. Carbon deposits inside cylinders can adsorb gasoline, creating potential fire hazards during cleaning operations. Follow these critical safety guidelines:
- In temperatures above 25°C: Warm up until electronic fan activates, remove spark plugs, wait 10 minutes for engine temperature to drop below 90°C before adding air-fuel ratio solvents, or operate when engine is cold (temperature ≤90°C)
- For driven vehicles: Disassemble spark plugs and wait for temperature to cool below 90°C before operation
- Endoscope camera ambient temperature must not exceed 70°C. Check combustion chamber carbon only when engine cools below 90°C. Use wet towel for physical cooling - maximum 5 seconds inspection followed by 20 seconds cooling
These precautions protect endoscope lifespan and prevent fire risks due to slow engine heat dissipation at high temperatures.
Before operation, check cylinder pressure (normal range: 1200-1400 kPa). If pressure is below 9 kPa, leakage will occur:
- Normal leakage exceeding 200 ml: Recommend oil replacement
- Leakage less than 200 ml: Idle for 5 minutes post-operation, then drive at constant speed for 20 km or idle for 20 minutes to evaporate solvents (vaporization begins at 86°C)
Safety Note: Immediately rinse off any solvent contact with skin.
