Description of machine

The fully automatic double-sided tape sticking machine is used by Deshisen Co., Ltd. for single-sheet water-based printing, offset printing, color-mounted corrugated cartons, cardboard color boxes, etc.

Any type of inkjet coding system can be set on the platform for variable information printing, and a labeling head can be installed as an option. It is also possible to install the local label function.

Main structure:

1. The folder gluer is composed of a main machine and two small conveyors;

2. The main engine is composed of lifting working platform, front conveying equipment, front gluing equipment, intermediate conveying equipment, intermediate pressing equipment and electrical control equipment.

3. The upper rubber roller is made of wear-resistant alloy material, and the binding box is made of nylon and wear-resistant material. Both are vulnerable parts, and the operator must clean them with clean water.

Working principle:

Put the prepared glue into the barrel of the glue applicator, press each switch button, and when everything is ready, turn on the switch under the barrel of the glue applicator, so that the glue can enter the head of the glue applicator smoothly, and then take out the carton, so that one part of the carton Glue evenly passes through the bottom of the glue head, and the other side of the carton can be firmly bonded together after being pressed by the middle pressure roller.
