After-sales service:
 
1.The initial installation training includes written process training and on-site training until you can operate the machine independently and safely. The general training is 3-5 days before you can proficiently operate the machine independently. After the training, you can contact our after-sales staff by telephone or video at any time.

2. The quality warranty period shall be within 12 months from the date of completion of installation and debugging. During the warranty period, Party B shall repair and replace relevant parts free of charge if there are any quality problems of the product. If the subject matter is damaged and parts need to be replaced due to party A's factory reasons or improper operation, Party B shall only charge the cost of the replacement parts during maintenance and provide lifelong service.

3.  After receiving the warranty notice, if the problem cannot be solved by phone or wechat video, the maintenance personnel must arrive at the site for service within 24 hours.

4.  If our staff comes to your company's urban area (new machines are installed within 2 months in the Yangtze River Delta area), we will visit your company's workshop irregularly to provide services, record every problem reported by users, continuously improve products, and create maximum value for users.
