Instruction:
 
Semi-automatic press model folder&gluer speicail to meet middle and small orders, small CBM, easy operation, widely use range, it is suit for normal box, special shape color box. Add automatic gluing device also can produce hook bottom box and earth cover carton, save glue, labour, maxmium run speed 60m/min, the effective is 3-4times than normal mahcine; gluing firmly, trimly and don't over glue,with double head sander remove UV or film. Improve adhensive.
 

 

Function and trait:
 
1.  Small size ,Small footprint, easy to operate without experience, ideal for small batch production and variety of replacement.
 
2.  Wide scope, normal cardboard boxes, abnormal single-sheet molding adhesive, It will make lock bottom boxes,lid and tray boxes after installation of automatic spray adhesive devices.
 
3.  Save glue,it is equivalent to 1/3 of using manual gluing.
 
4.  Save on labor,the Max. speed is 56 m / s, High efficiency is 3-4 times of manual operation.
 
5.  Bonding firm and tidy, glue not overflow , patent-double headed sander can be used to remove the UV film, plastic film or coating layer, etc. To improve the adhesive force,and solve the problem of carton easy to onen nlastic in some seasons.
