Normally the tungsten heater is made by tungsten aluminum alloy or tunsten potassium alloy. These materials are more suitable for the heater.

Tungsten alloy heater has special shape. it's easy to break during transportation. But we have very good idea to protect the tungsten heater. 

we have custom made mould, to keep the heater between the glass plates, and then fasten them by thread. after that, we will pack the protected tungsten heater with wooden box. In that case, the tungsten heater would be very safe during transportation.
