2,Process 

Stamping: shearing—blanking—punching—bending—stretching—turning up edging—trimming — molding; 

Spraying: alkaline degreasing—water scrubbing—acid pickling—water scrubbing—electrolytic degreasing—surface conditioning—phosphate—                      spraying—baking—checking—packing; 

Plating: alkaline degreasing—water scrubbing—acid pickling—water scrubbing—electrolytic degreasing—neutralization—plating—water                            scrubbing—passivating—sealing course—baking— checking. 

3, Surface Treatment: lacquer,plating,sand blasting 

4,Payment policy: 

The mould cost will be paid with T/T in advance, and then we supply samples to be tested by you.  We begin to product the products after the sample is qualified.  If the qualified samples couldn’t be supplied by repeatedly amend, we will give the mould cost back to you.
