2. If there is unclear information, will give you response immediately. If there is no question, the quotation will be offered within 24 hours.
3. If it is the new project for you, we can also provide some valuable suggestions as your requests.
4. During the production, I will offer some photos or information to let you know the progress.
5. Before finishing, I will confirm the address, shipping type, delivery port and forwarder with you. If you have no forwarder, I will introduce one.
6. The shipment information (shipping date, shipping time etc) will be offered after arranging.
7. Before arriving, I will send an email to inform you, hope you can arrange the customs clearance on time.
