Main functions and features
Starting process of starting cabinet is a process of connecting frequency-sensitive rheostat in the rotor circuit,its impedance value is reduced along with increase of motor's rotary speed. The impedance is larger during starting,this property limits the starting current. This starting cabinet has protection functions against short-circuit,open-phase or overload.
Application
XQP series starting cabinet is applicable to three-phase wound motor of AC 50HZ/380V with power up to 300KW,for starting, running and stopping control. It also can be used for occasions where require infrequent and irreversible operation, and no speed regulation or braking.
Operating conditions
- No elevation exceeding 2000m;
- The ambient medium temperature is not higher than 40℃ and not less than-5℃;
- The air relative humidity is not higher than 80%;
- The vertical inclination shall not exceed 5; in a medium without explosion hazard and no gas in the medium sufficient to corrode metal and insulation and conductive dust.
