Use
outdoor unipolar disconnectors (hereinafter referred to as switches) are suitable for 12 kV high-voltage transmission and distribution lines, used to cut off and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without voltage. The switch is for single-phase use of a three-phase line system. Its structure is simple, economical, and easy to use.
Outdoor high voltage switchgear is a single phase AC 50Hz high voltage switchgear for power on or isolation at 12kV in a power system rated at voltage without load.
Operating Environment
- Elevation shall not exceed 1000m;
- Surrounding air temperature: upper limit + 40℃, lower limit general area-30℃, alpine area-40℃;
- Air pressure shall not exceed 100Pa;
- Earthquake intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees;
- Places with no frequent and violent vibration;
- Gas, vapor, chemical deposition, salt fog, dust, and other explosive and corrosive substances that should not seriously affect the isolation switch insulation and conductivity capacity;
- Pollution prevention type is suitable for heavy pollution areas, but should not cause fire and explosive substances.

The rated current of the switch is 200, 400, 630, 800, 1000 amps, they are all composed of the base, the post insulator, the conductive part and the mechanism part. A knife-type structure is used to open and close the circuit to cut off and close the line. Each phase knife is composed of two conductive blades. Compression springs are installed on both sides of the blade. The height of the spring can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required by the switch knife. When the switch opens and closes, the hook rod operation mechanism can be used to perform the closing movement. The knife has a self-locking device.

Second, the use of environmental conditions and main technical parameters
1. Use environmental conditions
(1) The altitude does not exceed 2000 meters;
(2) Ambient temperature: the highest is not higher than + 40 ℃; the lowest is not lower than -30 ℃;
(3) Outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35 meters / second;
(4) The earthquake intensity does not exceed 8;
(5) The installation site should be free of gas, steam, chemical precipitation, salt spray, dust and dirt, and other explosive and aggressive media that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the switch.
3. Installation, use and adjustment
1. Work before installation
(1) Eliminate the dust and dirt on the other parts, and carefully wipe the surface of the insulated porcelain bottle;
(2) Apply a layer of industrial petroleum jelly to the rotating parts and contact points;
(3) Check the contact surface and adjust the width of the compression spring so that the contact pressure meets the following table:
(4) This switch is only suitable for hoisting use as shown in Figure 4, it is generally used in conjunction with the transformer on the line;
(5) The rated current of this switch is generally only two mounting holes in 200-400A,
630-1000A uses three mounting holes;
(6) The installation method and installation dimensions are shown in the figure;
2. Check the following parts of the switch regularly every year
(1) Remove dust, especially conductive parts, contact surfaces and insulating porcelain bottle surface, etc .;
(2) Check whether the other parts are damaged, pay special attention to check whether the insulating porcelain bottle is damaged or broken;
(3) Check whether the contact surface of the conductive part is good;
