1)Super hydrophobic Super hydrophobic:Contact angle (CA) >150°, rolling angle (SA) <5°, water droplets easily roll off the surface.
Super Oleophobic:Contact angle (CA) >150°, rolling angle (SA) <5°, water droplets easily roll off the surface. 2)Super self-cleaning When water droplets roll on the surface of super double sparse super self-cleaning anti-fouling coating, the contact area between water and dust is large, and the adsorption force is strong. Meanwhile, because the contact angle between the surface of super double sparse super self-cleaning anti-fouling coating and water is large, the dust on the surface is easily carried away by water droplets. 3)Water repellent migration property After the surface of pump equipment with super double sparse super self-cleaning anti-fouling coating is polluted by dirt, the small molecules inside the coating diffuse and migrate to the outer surface, making the dirty surface also have hydrophobic function.

Criteria for judging the results after spraying
1) Appearance check. The coating should be smooth and flat, with consistent colour and no defects such as pinholes, bubbles and flaking. Check with a 5-10 times magnifying glass, those without microporosity are qualified.
2) Coating thickness check: use a thickness gauge to determine, the coating thickness should be uniform, the coating thickness and number of layers should meet the design requirements.
(3) Adhesion check. Use fork method to check the adhesion of the coating, no flaking.
Note: a. Super double sparse antifouling coating has good adhesion to various coatings with low surface tension (with our self-developed adhesion promoter) and high surface tension, and the adhesion can reach grade 1.
b. Super double antifouling coatings are flexible coatings.
c. If the original coating itself does not peel off, the anti-icing coating will not peel off when applied to the original paint surface.
4) Hydrophobic performance check: method: use a dropper to drop water on the surface of the paint film, observe whether the water drops can roll off quickly in the form of water droplets, it is qualified if it can roll off quickly, otherwise it is not qualified.
