How to pair ?

1. Activating the EarBuds.

2. Take out the EarBuds from the case, they will auto power on and pair with each other.

3. The main EarBud will auto enter into pairing mode while LED light on vice EarBud will be turn off.

4. Search for "name"on mobile devices and connect it with EarBuds.

Tips:

1. Before use the EarBuds, please read the user manual

carefully and keep it for future references.

2. The EarBuds should be fully charged prior to first-time use.

3. If the EarBuds is not being used for over 1 month, please

charge it before use it again.

4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.

5. If the Earbuds cannot be found by your mobile devices,

please check whether it is in pairing mode; if not pair/

connect the EarBuds with mobile devices for a long time,

the EarBuds will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the

pairing mode; if a procedure error occurs on mobile devices,

please reset it; otherwise, reset the EarBuds.

Warning:

1. Never disassemble or modify it to avoid cause any damages

or dangers.

2. Do not store it in extreme temperatures

(under 0℃ or over 45℃)

3. Keep it away from the kids.

4. Do not use it during a thunderstorm.

5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean it.

Q2. What's the warranty ?

1 year warranty is available.

You could gather the defective items and send them back 1 time and then we will ship them back after repair. In this way, we need to share the shipping cost. Means you need to pay for shipment for send back and we cover the resend shipment cost.

Also, we can choose another warranty way. That is we offer 0.2% spare. In this way, you need to deal with RMA locally.

Q3: What is your terms of delivery?
A3: FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?
A4: 3000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable like 1000pcs, but the price is a little highly, you know, the price is based on quantity.

Q5: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A5: The stock sample 1 day, making sample 5-7 workdays after received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on your order quantity, about 25-30 days based on MOQ.
