The main raw material of melted cloth is the main raw material of melted cloth. The most commonly used melt-blown main material is high fluidity polypropylene PP, whose melting index is 800g/10min or 1600g/10min. The main parameters of melt-blown cloth include filtration efficiency and flow resistance (including suction and exhalation resistance when using a mask). High quality melt-blown cloth, high filtration efficiency, low resistance. The traditional melt-blown cloth is mainly a mechanical barrier. Due to the aperture structure and distribution, the filtering efficiency of fine particles such as dust, aerosols, bacteria and viruses in the air is not high. To improve filtration efficiency, pore size must be reduced. By increasing the weight of grams, the fiber diameter of melt-blown cloth can hardly be less than 1um, which results in reduced porosity and increased air resistance.
