b) Repair and maintenance: wax figures are usually not easy to damage. The most common problem is the discoloration of the silicone surface due to frequent human touch. We can provide free complementary coloring service. Only the customer needs to remove the silicone head or hand and ship it to us. That’s it, we will move the repaired product to the customer again, but the freight of the product needs to be borne by the customer.
