Obama therefore became the first U.S. president to set foot on this island nation since the establishment of the current Cuban regime.

On January 10, 2017, Obama delivered a farewell speech in Chicago. On January 20, 2017, eight years of American presidential career ended. Trump served as the 45th President of the United States.
