50mm 75mm 100mm 120mm Camlock Insulated Walk-in Cooler Cold Storage Room Panel

Polyurethane (PU) Insulated Panels are one of the most commonly used insulation solutions in cold rooms, chillers, and freezers. Their high thermal resistance makes them a great preliminary insulation solution, especially for cold room projects that need to be assembled quickly. These panels are installed using the tongue-and-groove system as it is simple and most effective for this type of panel.

Each panel is 'foamed in place' with self-extinguishing, CFC-free polyurethane using high-pressure injection technology. This is to give a product of very low thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/m.K with high mechanical strength at low density (45kg/m3) and 95% closed cell content. Thickness is available from 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, and 120mm to 150mm for various temperatures, structures, and applications.
