DBF Deep Bed Filtration Box for Producing Aluminium Foil, Double Zero Aluminium Foil

1. Equipment Usage

-- For mass producing of the same alloy products, especially for cans, foils, PS plates, etc.

-- For producing aviation Aluminium alloy, high-purity Aluminium capacitor foil, double zero Aluminium foil;

--The flow rate range is 5-100 tons/h. Non-standard design can be carried out according to the flow rate. Generally for 75 tons, 55 tons, 35 tons, 25 tons, 10 tons and other sequences.

2. Equipment Features

• According to the quality requirements of molten aluminium, the lining prefabricated parts of the filter box are made of corresponding high-quality castables. After high temperature pre-sintering, they have the characteristics of high strength, scour resistance, erosion resistance, no slag formation, and no sticking to Aluminium.
• There are multiple layers of thermal insulation materials with good thermal insulation between the steel structure and the lining prefabricated parts.
• The Deep Bed Filtration Box uses alumina balls and grit sintered by a special process as the filter medium.
