• Excellent thermal insulation performance, low natural temperature drop. The thermal insulation layer, made of a heat-insulating
Nano-fibrous material, has excellent thermal insulation performance; made of a special material and specially structured, the
working layer (in contact with the molten aluminum) prevents the molten aluminum from leaking. The ladle has low surface
temperature, suitable for long-distance transportation.
• Low weight, transportation cost-saving. The lightweight heat-insulating Nano-material ensures a small ladle body size and a low
ladle body weight.
• Excellent non-stickiness with molten aluminum, easy to clean. The inner layer of the lining, made of a dedicated refractory
casting material, has good aluminum tolerance and high resistance to corrosion by molten aluminum.
• High resistance to thermal and cold shocks, high strength. The dedicated high-strength ladle lining can resist frequent thermal
shocks without falling off.
