DBF Deep Bed Filtration Tank
Designed for mass production of uniform alloy products, the DBF Deep Bed Filtration Tank is ideal for applications including can stock, foil stock, PS plates, aviation aluminum alloys, high-purity aluminum capacitor foil, and double-zero foil. With a flow rate range of 5-100 tonnes per hour, custom designs are available to match specific production requirements.

The system comprises a tank body with specialized lining and a deep bed filter for superior molten aluminum purification.

Filtration Process
