is isolated from the molten aluminum and is evenly arranged around the crucible. The temperature of the molten aluminum
along the height of the crucible is relatively uniform, realizing uniform heating of the entire molten aluminum and ensuring
the uniform composition of the molten aluminum.

9.  Crucible Furnace Description 

All the furnace shell, bottom, outside reinforcement and the fixed mount are welded with GB high quality

steel plates and structural steels. The main working lining are cast by non-stick aluminum pouring piece by piece;

the other parts are constructed by relevant refractory and thermal insulation materials.
