What is the tray sealing machines?
It is a type of packaging machine for food trays with/ without vacuum in advance, and then gas flush to extend the food shelf life.
 
Why should we use tray sealing machines?
Easy to store and carry during long way transportation chain, food stored at 0-12℃ will not freeze, which is 18-37℃ higher than ordinary low-temperature cold storage (- 25℃~18℃). Therefore, in the same preservation time, the power consumption of modified atmosphere preservation is far less than that of ordinary cold storage.

Using the principle of pressure and heating, the tray and the roll film are firmly glued together
