How to meet client's demands? The MAP machines perfective find the way to work this problem out. Our modified packaging machine series is designed to keep food products fresh at small to medium capacity, maximise food safety and exceed consumer's expectations. They are used for the packaging of meat products, seafood, fruits, vegetables and all kinds of chilled food products. Color cover film or, alternatively, optical film can be used in the packaging process to reduce costs and improve your products. One of the best features of the machine is its operation with modular molds. Molds can thus be easily replaced and used in different machines. 

This YT-500T series MAP machine is semi automatic operation type, customer need to put the food container into the mold, the machine will automatically sealing the container, cutting and triming the film edge, then fill nitrogen or other gas mixture.
