Vacuum MAP machine is a kind of packing food which removes out the exygen from tray chamber and add carbon dioxide and nitrogen to extend the food shelf life and maintain food quality. Vacuum-sealed technology ensures that the meal's flavours and ingredients are captured at their freshest. We mainly produce various tray vacuum-sealed MAP machines.

This Vacuum MAP machine is our special series, the tray can be sent in from one side for sealing and sent out from the other side for continuous work. It also can be additionally equipped with an assembly line if customer require.

What is neccessory to start production?

1. A few trays sample if you have.

2. Or the drawing of your tray.

What kind of air compressor shall we use?

Air compressor shall be with 300L gas tank, and supply 0.6-0.8Mpa air pressure.

Do you test machine before shipment?

Client should supply at least 100pcs trays+film, our factory will test and adjust machine with given samples, to ensure it under good condition before shipment.

And video will be offered for final confirmation.

Is it hard to install after client get machine?

Before shipment, factory has adjust the machine. Client just need do simple connect, then they can use without further more set. It is easy.

Payment?

40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.

Lead time?

 20 working days , also depending on the order quantity.
