This deep fryer is LPG gas type, with large capacity of oil pan, it can use either battery or electricity to ignition the machine, so customers can carry the machine outside the house or in the house. and Thermo temperature controller has an accurate temperature regulator, the temperation differnt is stable at 2 Celsius. The gas burner is dural and the fire is burning under the oil pot, not go through the oil pan. For this series, we have 25L, 40L, 60L, 80L different oil capacity for customer's choice. Very suitable for big restaurant kitchen to fry fish, donut, chicken, etc..
