520gm2 Heat Resistant Filament Fiberglass Cloth - Steel Wire Reinforced Made of stainless steel wire reinforced non-asbestos textured glass fiber yarn. The reinforcement of the stainless steel wire significantly increases the tensile strength.
It will not burn and can withstand continuous high temperature exposure. 1022°F/550°C; Most oils and alkalis are resistant, and most bleaches and solvents are unaffected. It is the best substitute for asbestos products.
In order to meet unique requirements, it can be used in various thermal insulation and thermal safety, as well as for finishing treatment cloth
Why we used 316/V4A stainless instead of 304 wire?
Type 304 stainless steel is the most common stainless steel formulation used in industrial and consumer applications. Alloyed with chromium and nickel, 304 is resistant to many corrosion attacks.
316 stainless steel is similar in chemical composition to 304 but also contains molybdenum. This addition makes it more resistant to corrosion.
In other words, 316 steel wire has higher tensile strength than 304, can provide higher temperature resistance, and can improve service life in harsh environments
