Product Description:
This fiber glass fabric is made from textured alkali-free glass fiber(E-fiberglass) element or medium-alkali glass fiber(C-fiberglass) element. Due to its bulky character, it has high covering capacity and good air permeability, worked together with pulse jet dust Bag Filter Hosing providing higher filtration efficiency, lower filtration resistance and improved dust-separation efficiency up to 99.5%. It is suitable for dust separators with impulse jet or high speed reverse air system.
Features:
High-temperature resistance, glass fiber filter material has a good heat resistance and can be used at high temperatures of 260-280 ℃. This not only saves the cost of flue gas cooling of the dust collector but also reduces the risk of condensation.
Fiberglass fabric does not shrink when the operating temperature is below 280°C, and it has better dimensional stability than organic synthetic fibers.
