ZT-JGDK200 PDC Automatic Laser Engraving Machine

ZT-JGDK200 laser engraving machine is mainly used for special-shaped diamond surface processing of PDC of petroleum drill head, it can engrave PDC with complex 3D graphics. The machine adopts visual recognition for automatic positioning, the industrial camera is imported from Germany, automatic focusing, closed-loop control for all motions.

Design Features:

• CCD visual positioning, automatic focusing, the processing shapes can be arbitrary 3D graphics, and the processing status can be viewed.

• Standard 3D software input, combined parameter adjustment, rough and finish machining can be completed by one key.

• Closed-loop high precision work table control system is more precise for positioning.

• Positioning accuracy ≤0.01mm, machining precision ≤0.05mm.

• Multiple work pieces loading, 64 pcs per cycle, one key operation, unattended operation.

• High processing efficiency, removes 0.005mm per layer, the maximum machining depth is 30mm, surface roughness ≤1.2um.
