ZT-90 PCD/PCBN Tools' Grinder

ZT-90 is a precision tools'grinding machine which in-cooperate the necessary features required for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of a wide range of PCD, PCBN, carbide and HSS cutting tools.

Design Features:

• Machine body and all casts are more than 18 months natural ageing.

• Spindle motor adopts brush less motor, solid and durable.

• The grinding head realizes the spindle lifting and angle adjustment,

which embodies the perfect combination of precision, rigidity and

dexterity.

• The whole pneumatic system is of JAPAN SMC, to get rapid feed and

outfeed and flexible grinding.

• CCD optical system equipped with LCD, can realize online observation

and monitoring.

• The swing axis provides two options, servo motor drive and mechanical

drive. Servo motor drive can realize the swing amplitude, swing

frequency and swing center position of the grinding head non-stop

adjustment, improve production efficiency.

• Equipped with automatic lubrication pump, complete automatic lubrication
