ZT-90CNC is an economical grinding machine designed based on the ZT-90 to meet the automation manufacturing and sophisticated demands of toolmakers working with both hard and ultra-hard materials, such as PCD, PCBN and hard alloy.

• 5 axis CNC, 2 axis linkage, the whole grinding process is fully automatic.

• Using the latest vision technology, realizes on-line detection, automatic

grinding, parameter memory, machining error alarm, etc., comprehensively improves the machining efficiency, accuracy, automation and stability.

• Spindle motor adopts brush less motor, stable and reliable.

• The whole pneumatic system is of JAPAN SMC brand, to get rapid feed

and outfeed and flexible grinding.

• Equipped with electronic handwheel, can easily adjust the position of

each machining axis and achieve manual grinding.
