Based on market competition and diversified needs of customers, our company developed and produced ZT-ZKHJ180E vacuum brazing machine, which adopts diffusion pump for high vacuum system, simplified structure, automatic control.
Materials: Natural Diamond, Mono Crystal Diamond, PCD, PCBN, CVD and Cermet.
Substrate Materials: Cermet, Tungsten Carbide, Steel, Stainless Steel, Steel Alloy, Ceramics, etc.
Design Features:
• PLC control, SCR heating, touch panel, automatic running after simple setting.
• Low vacuum mechanical pump and high vacuum diffusion pump.
• No oxidation, clean surface and environment-friendly.
• Brazing strength is 2 times higher than induction welding.
• The machine is fully automatic and once loaded, the cycle time is approximately
70-120 minutes.
• Brazing quantity is more than 500 pcs (CNGA1204), reduces total cost.
• Reduction of distortion, even a very small tool insert can be brazed.
• Larger chamber can be customized.
