ZT-ZKHJ180 is excellent for brazing ultra-hard materials (PCD/PCBN/MD/ND/CVD), tungsten carbide, ceramics, etc. It is fully automatic and easy to operate at high efficiency.
Materials: Natural Diamond, Mono Crystal Diamond, PCD, PCBN, CVD and Cermet.
Substrate Materials: Cermet, Tungsten Carbide, Steel, Stainless Steel, Steel Alloy, Ceramics, etc.
Design Features:
• PLC control, SCR heating, touch panel, automatic running after simple setting.
• No oxidation, clean surface and environment-friendly.
• Brazing quantity is more than 500 pcs (CNGA1204), reducing total cost.
• The machine is fully automatic, once loaded, the cycle time is approximately 70-120 minutes.

PRODUCING STEPS
1, Washing, put the work piece into the Ultrasonic cleaning machine for 15-20 minutes;2, Fixing;
3, Drying, adjust the drying oven at 210 degree for 10-15 minutes;
4, Brazing/Welding, put the work piece into the chamber, according to preset program welding;
5, Finished brazing / welding and below are the ready goods.
