Aluminum profile electrostatic spraying uses fluorocarbon spraying technology. The process involves preliminary treatment, automatic electrostatic spraying of primer, paint application using electrostatic spray guns or rotating cups, leveling, top coat application, and final finishing. The workpiece is then cooled naturally before removal from the production line.
