Aluminum profiles are aluminum materials with different cross-section shapes by hot-melt and extrusion. The production process of aluminum profile mainly includes casting, extrusion and coloring. Among them, coloring mainly includes: oxidation, electrophoretic coating, fluorocarbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer and other processes. Aluminum profile is aluminum rod through hot melting, extrusion, so as to obtain different cross-section shape of aluminum material.
 
Aluminum profiles are usually processed into casting products, forged products, foils, plates, belts, tubes, bars, profiles, etc., and then cold bending, sawing, drilling, assembling, coloring and other processes. Therefore, the main metal element of aluminum profile is aluminum, and some alloy elements are added to improve the performance of aluminum profile. Aluminum materials are generally used for construction, foreign wood, electrical machine components, protruding machines and containers, chemical education and installation.
