Properties:
Tripotassium phosphate, also known as potassium phosphate, is a white granular powder, easily hygroscopic, with a relative density of 2.564 (17℃) and a melting point of 1340℃. Soluble in water, alkaline reaction. Insoluble in ethanol. Used as water softener, fertilizer, liquid soap, food additive, etc. Can be made by adding potassium hydroxide to dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution.

Applications:
Tripotassium phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifier, potassium fortifier, alkaline water for pasta products, acidity regulator, binder for meat products, buffering agent, antioxidant synergist, chelating agent.
Used in the manufacture of liquid soap, refined gasoline, high quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It can also be used as boiler water softener, high-efficiency liquid compound fertilizer and auxiliary for recovering sulfur from acid gas in the production of synthetic rubber.
