Introduction to special design
The rail ferry trolley is composed of upper and lower parts. The bottom car is used for ferry and the upper car is used for transferring goods. The bottom car generally runs in the pit, and the trolley is paved with tracks for the upper sub car to ferry. The transfer dolly is mainly used for docking with other tracks in the workshop, or for the upper car to transfer goods. The railway transfer vehicle is also convenient for the upper sub car to run between parallel tracks. The ferry car is used to realize the cargo transfer between the vertical and horizontal cross tracks. Compared with the cross rotating platform, the material handler is more convenient. The frequency conversion device is adopted, and the operation is safe and reliable.
Power supply
The battery is the best choice for the upper sub car, and the low-voltage rail power supply can also be used. The cable reel, towing cable and sliding contact line can be selected for the bottom main car.
