Trackless steering electric flat car equipment is an electric flat car powered by battery. The battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drives the flat car to realize start, stop, forward, backward, left turn, right turn, speed regulation, etc. Compared with AC motor, DC motor has the advantages of not easy to burn, large starting torque and strong overload capacity. The wheel handling equipment with arbitrary steering can be manually operated to get rid of the dependence of the rail car on the ground track, and can walk directly on the ground without damaging the infrastructure. The battery life is limited and the working time is limited. It is suitable for working occasions with low frequency. Trackless steering electric flat car can be used without track constraints, wireless power supply and small turning radius. It can turn smoothly even on a large table. There is no limit on load tonnage. It can run on a variety of occasions. It is mostly used for transfer between oil pump, sucker rod production line and finished products in petroleum equipment workshop. It mainly includes: drive system, touch electric control system and box girder frame system.
