Q: What is the payment terms?

A: It depends on the order amount. For small amount orders, payment terms usually can be 30%-50% advance payment before production, balance to be payed against delivery.

Q: What will be included in the package if i place an order?

A: It will include the inflatable bounce, electric blower, PVC storage bag and repair kit.

Q: Can you print my logo or company contact information on the bouncy castle?

A: Yes, we can print it on bouncy castle, and it is for free.

Q: What is the leading time of production?

A: Normally it need about 7-20 working days after receiving deposit. However, it also depends on the order quantity, the time of design confirm, and the workshop production schedule. Usually at the end of year, workshop is always very busy and leading time may be longer than normal time. So, it’s better to customers to confirm the order as early as possible at Oct, Nov, or Dec each year.

Q: What is the warranty period of your products?

A: Our inflatable product warranty period is 18 month usually. And the inflatables come with a repair kit, in case there is any damage caused by sharp items, customer can repair it by patch and glue.
