Q:How do you start the order?
A:We will start your order after receiving the downpayment which is 30% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

Q:Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it gets damaged?
A: The warranty is 2 years, all our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it's not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kits for customers' repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

Q:How about the package?
A:We will use double packing bags for our inflatable product: PVC bag + extra woven bag for shipping and heavy duty carton for the blowers.
