Installation and Maintenance

1. The main valve is installed on the inlet pipe of the pool or high water tower. The installation method is horizontally installed on the pipeline with the valve cover facing up.

2. Before installation, remove debris from the pipe and flush the pipe thoroughly. When installing, pay attention to the arrow indicating water flow outside the main valve body and follow the direction of installation.

3. A gate valve and a filter should be installed before the main valve, and a gate valve should be installed after the main valve for easy maintenance.

4. When testing the water, first open the ball valve on the main cover, and then slowly open the gate valve before the main valve. At this time, the main valve should normally supply water to the water tank, close the ball valve, and the main valve will be closed. If it cannot be closed, it indicates that there are stolen goods under the main valve disc. Try again after removing the stolen goods. When the main valve supplies water, the floating ball pilot valve is also flowing water. If the floating ball is held up by hand, the floating ball pilot valve is closed, and the main valve is closed, proving that the floating ball pilot valve is in good operation
