Flanged Butterfly Valve Introduction

Storage and Maintenance Cautions
- When not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends should be covered with dust covers to ensure that the inner cavity of the valve is clean.
- When stored outdoors for safekeeping, it should be supported, not in contact with the ground, and covered with plastic film for protection.
- When the valve stored for a long time is reused, check whether the packing fails, and add lubricating oil to each rotating part.
- During use, the valve should be checked regularly to ensure its normal use, including tightening the valve packing gland nut regularly to compensate the valve stem wear.
- The valve must be used and maintained within the specified service period, including replacement of gasket, packing, sealing ring, ball (as required) and other sealing pairs.
- Keeping the working environment of the valve clean can prolong the service life of the valve.
