Product Usage

The valve is easy to operate, tight in sealing performance and long in service life; It can be used to quickly cut off or adjust the flow rate. It is suitable for occasions requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics.
The use of rubber seat seal makes it suitable for lower temperature and pressure, generally not more than 80℃ and not more than PN10, but also makes it have very excellent sealing performance. Therefore it is most suitable for normal temperature liquid.

Storage and Maintenance Cautions

When not in use, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends should be covered with dust covers to ensure that the inner cavity of the valve is clean.

When stored outdoors for safekeeping, it should be supported, not in contact with the ground, and covered with plastic film for protection.

When the valve stored for a long time is reused, check whether the packing fails, and add lubricating oil to each rotating part.

During use, the valve should be checked regularly to ensure its normal use, including tightening the valve packing gland nut regularly to compensate the valve stem wear.

The valve must be used and maintained within the specified service period, including replacement of gasket, packing, sealing ring, ball (as required) and other sealing pairs.

Keeping the working environment of the valve clean can prolong the service life of the valve.
