Purpose and characteristics

This product is installed at the mouth of the water transmission pipeline to discharge the gas in the pipeline - to prevent the normal water transmission from being affected by the accumulated gas. When the pipeline needs to be emptied, air can also be added into the pipeline to accelerate drainage, and protect the thin-walled steel pipe from deformation due to vacuum. The product has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and light weight, which is about half of the old double port exhaust valve. The exhaust volume is large, which is twice as large as the old double port exhaust valve.

Action principle

When the water enters the pipe, the floating ball stops at the lower part of the ball barrel for a large amount of exhaust. When the gas is discharged, the water enters the valve, floats the ball through the ball barrel, closes and stops the exhaust. During normal operation of the pipe, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated. These gases will be concentrated to the upper part of the pipe to a considerable extent.
