Structure and action principle:

H42x-2.5 is a flange connected lifting bottom valve; H45x-2.5 flange connected multi disc swing bottom valve; H46x-2.5 is a flange connected double disc swing bottom valve; H12x-2.5 is a lifting bottom valve with internal thread connection. They are composed of valve body, valve seat, valve disc and sealing gasket

The valve uses the suction force of the pump to generate negative pressure. The atmospheric pressure puts the water pressure into the suction pipe of the pump to open the valve. When stopping the pump, use the water column pressure and the self weight of the valve disc to close automatically to prevent the backflow of water flow

Precautions for storage, installation and use

1. The valve shall be stored in a dry warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air.

2. The valve shall be maintained regularly for long-term storage.

3. The valve is installed at the bottom of the vertical pipeline of the water inlet pipe of the water pump.

4. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.

5. The operating conditions shall meet the technical requirements in the performance specification
