Introduction

Installation of double flange limit expansion joint

The double flange limit expansion joint is applicable to the connection between both sides of the product and the flange. During installation, adjust the connection length between both ends of the product and the flange, tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly, and then adjust the limit nut, so that the pipeline can expand freely within the range of expansion and contraction, lock the expansion and contraction, and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. It is applicable to the pipes connected with flanges on both sides. During installation, adjust the installation length between the two ends of the product and the flange, raise funds diagonally and tighten the gland bolts evenly to make them as a whole with a certain displacement, which is convenient for adjustment according to the on-site size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the anti axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline. It can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the installation error of the pipeline. The double flange force transmission joint can not absorb the axial displacement. Double flange force transmission joint is mainly used for loose connection of pump, valve and other accessories.
