Usage:

 
1. This product is suitable for nominal pressure ≤ 1.6mpa, temperature 0℃~120℃ water, ≤ 0.2mpa saturated steam, oil pipeline, can filter the dirt, precipitation, rust and other debris in the medium
2. The valve is from the medium into the inlet, through the filter to achieve the purpose of filtration, outflow from the outlet
 

Storage, installation and precautions:

 
1. This product is installed on the pipeline to filter impurities in the pipeline and protect the normal operation of valves or equipment.
2. Bypass the pipe for installing the product.
3. The pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation.
4. The valve shall not be subject to large external force after installation.
5. When the local minimum temperature is lower than 4℃, insulation protection should be done; As the end valve, it should be heated with a pipe or jacket to prevent the temperature of the pipe wall from falling below 0℃.
6. It is strictly prohibited to install and use in the pipeline under vibration or rapid changes in medium temperature.
7. The product is usually installed at the inlet of the pressure reducing valve, hydraulic control valve and other equipment. The installation position should be 6-10 times from the diameter of the protection valve, and the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body; Otherwise, the filtering effect cannot be achieved.
8. The pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation. The cleaning cycle within 3 years after installation and use is as follows, and once a year after 3 years.
