OSS oil-water separator

An oil-water separation solution for low flow applications facilitates the safe and environmentally friendly treatment of oil in air compressor condensate.
Our OSS provides adsorptive condensate treatment for injectable piston and screw compressors, dryers and oil-water separators with a displacement of less than 30 l / s (60 cu ft / min). The oil separator uses a new advanced filter medium to remove oil, so that the oil concentration is below 15 ppm. To verify the oil concentration at the OSS outlet, an optional sampling kit is available.

Simple and efficient OSS absorption
1.The condensed water enters the OSS through the inlet joint at the top.
2.A pressure-relief port in the top cover allows pressurized condensate to enter the separator.
3.In pre-filtration, the oil-water mixture penetrates the polypropylene filter media, where the oil is absorbed and trapped by the filter media, but the water is not.
4.In the post-filtration phase, advanced filtration media will absorb residual oil.
5.The anti-siphon hole prevents the separator from completely emptying when the flow passes through the outlet joint.
6.The clean condensate coming out of the outlet has almost no residual oil. Therefore, this condensate can be discharged into the sewage pipe.
