Definition of ejector header

ejector header is a connector, the two ends of the body plastic with two ear buckle, similar to the two horns of the cow and named, English name: ejector connector.
This connector is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, instruments in the PCB circuit board, its role is to be blocked in the circuit or isolated between the circuit, to play the function of a bridge, the task of current or signal transmission.

Usually used in conjunction with female header to form a board-to-board connection; or with the electronic harness terminal to form a board-to-wire connection.

1. Material:

High temperature insulating plastic (UL94V-0) material: PBT (only for wave soldering process).
High temperature insulation plastic (UL94V-0) materials: PA6T, PA9T, LCP (can meet the wave soldering, reflow soldering two processes).
Insulation plastic color can be divided into: black, white, blue, this color, etc.
Square pin material: brass (H65)
(Hardware contact terminal surface treatment: nickel plating first after gold or silver plating, bright tin plating, tin-free plating, semi-gold tin plating, etc.).
