Automatic Chuck Capper places and torques caps automatically.

The Cap Sorter (sold separately) sorts the caps which are individually picked up by the mechanical swing arm and moved to the Chuck Head while containers are stabilized by the Pneumatic Bottle Gripping Assembly.

After the Chuck Head applies appropriate torque to the cap, the container moves down Conveyor.

2, The capping torque and lifting height of the capping head are controlled by servo motors, with fast changeover and high capping accuracy.

3, Management cap imports the photoelectric excluding anti-cover, and so is the capping rate of 99% or more.

4, After the cap slides down to the bottle mouth, it will be corrected by the cylinder pre-pressure device to further confirm the accuracy and precision of the capping.
