Function:
1, Machine have PLC and HMI system control,opertation easily, 20 units parameter setting and save. Normal is English language in HMI, we can put other language.
2, Fast labeling speed and high labeling accuracy, long-time using.
3, Automatic stop when label breaks down or runs out, malfunction self-testing and display with alarm.
4, This kind labeling machine has covneyor ( standard is 1.8m, 200mm width, also can be customized), label pressing brush and sponge roller on conveyor, sticker label applicator, control system and electric appliance cabinet. SS304 and aluminum profile machine frame. Machine can use alone or connect with filling packing line use.
5, All components are precisely processed by CNC to ensure high quality. Electrical configurations are big international brand, such as Simens, Mitsubishi, WEINVIEW, Danfoss, Delta, Yaskawa, Keyence, Omron, SMC and so on.
6, Code date printing and transparent sensor are optional.
