The Stu series of subsea bolt tensioners are designed and manufactured to meet the increasing demands of submersible operations in harsh subsea environments. This series of bolt tensioners consists of two parts, one is a threaded tensioner for quick installation and release, and the other is an integrated hydraulic cylinder and base. The piston travel has 20-30 mm to reduce the number of re-stretching operations. The STU series subsea bolt tensioner is a reliable and effective solution for tensioning subsea bolts. One size cylinder can be used with several different sizes of thread pullers. Thread stretching heads can also be ordered separately according to demand, which is highly versatile and more cost-effective.
